Proofer Accessory Shelf with Folding Legs

I’m looking forward to using this, i haven’t yet, but eill put it to good use in thr future.

The proofing shelf works great!

I love this for the additional space it provides for proofing my sourdough pretzels. I can make so many more at once. Stores easily too.

Outstanding customer service!

I took advantage of Black Friday deals and purchased the Sourdough Home, the folding proofer w/ extra shelf, a couple proofing containers and a starter jar bc you can never have too many starter jars! I did not realize until almost a month later that I did not receive the extra shelf with the folding proofer. I emailed customer service on Saturday and by Monday morning I had an email responding to my issue. Within days, a replacement shelf was mailed out to me even though it was Christmas week! Great customer service! Five stars!!
