This was a gift from my son for birthday. He had issues with shipping, tried to have it shipped to me, you kept trying to ship it to him. I finally received, it was too small so I measured per your instructions and requested a return and replacement. The return instructions said I could take it to a 'happy returns' (or something) location, never heard of it, in North Carolina. I live in Michigan. My son lives near North Carolina. A few emails later we figured out that happy returns (or whatever) is at a UPS store near me, I dropped it off and very quickly received a perfect belt that I wear every day. Thanks!

Hanks belts are superior to anything on the maket. I use mine as a work belt so it really takes a beating from the two sets of keys I have to carry. My belts ( I own more that one Hank’s belt ) remain comfortable throughout the day. They are a pleasure to own.
