Exactly what I was hoping for!

If you're on the fence about the pillow - get it. I purchased the longer version and it's the perfect size for infant of the pillow pile on the bed. The texture and weight is amazing, perfect for when you need a nap and don't want to get into bed to do so. Also a great size for behind your back if you're sitting up in bed.

These inserts are so soft yet supportive! I no longer have to stack several pillows behind my back or punch the pillow back into shape. The inserts make the cover look new again!

Lumbar insert

If you’re looking for a firm insert this is not it. I do love the product at the moment but I am concerned that it will degrade overtime. I’ve only had the product for three weeks and my dogs love laying on it so with the lack of firmness I am afraid that it will be flat soon but again just my opinion over a three week usage
