Replacement Knife Sharpener Bars

My Mistake?

I watched the video before I placed my order. Pretty straight simple, the problem I ran into was, I did not rewatch prior to making the change. I believe I installed the collars wrong. It is working but it feels off. I love this device as a knife sharpener. And will reorder the parts again when needed. But, I will also rewatch the vid at time of new installation. Thank you.

Love the sharpener! the model I have,

had no model number; making it awkward to Order the right bars. And no detail instructions available for the replacement of the bars. Although once I figured it out, it went together easily but slightly bent springs.

While it took a bit to assemble the sharpener bars correctly. But the effort was worth it! I now have a brand new sharpener and it is perfect. Thank you for the follow up.
