The Books information has helped me to choose nutrient rich foods to use in my meals that are not only healthier for me but will keep me satisfied, fuller longer, and keep away from bad fats ,and sugary sweets Along with regular exercise and drinking more water. Im losing weight.

Very approachable and doable!
It’s an easy mantra to conclude eating clean costs too much, but this helps to disprove that.
