The order I placed online was fulfilled incorrectly. I called with a question about my credit card and did not receive a call back or acknowledgment via email. The quality of the product is excellent however the image on one of my items was edited and the artwork does not meet my expectations. I would have appreciated a call or email about the image before it was produced.
