LOVE LMNT
Was recommended to try LMNT by my personal trainer which is also a tri athlete. His group all order and drink LMNT. Great taste. Easy to mix. Convenient size for pockets or belts or bike bags.

Just Right
I sweat a lot when racing/training. The flavors, electrolytes and lack of sugar/carbs gives my body what it needs to prevent cramping and maintain performance. I like to consume a package about two hours before my ride and again during longer efforts. Five stars.

Keeping Life Salty
Great product and great taste. When I go for a ride my jersey and bibs usually look like I have been rolling in a salt pile. LMNT helps to replace the lost minerals.
