So far so good. Only been using for a week and only one capsule per day as recommended in the package literature. Haven't noticed anything yet, but it's early. Came quickly to Canada (about a week) and no duties were owed.

Really like this product you gotta keep with it though to see real results… But I definitely think it’s a supplement worth adding to your routine
