The Ideal Size & Versatility
Husband provided an opportunity to select a bag as a personal item for flying or rail trips. The size of this bag is ideal. Checked against various airlines allowances and it seemed Tom Bihn had already done the research. Like the various compartments as well as having a main compartment. Like the ability to carry with a single shoulder strap or as a backpack. Fabric feels substantial and not flimsy. Hope to get many years of use out of it.

Husband's New Laptop Bag
My husband has been carrying a backpack version laptop bag for the last 15 years. Recently a merger has caused him to need to up his look, but he still wanted the versatility of a backpack. This bag is great for travel, well made, and tailored enough to help him present as a VP when he's meeting with the new company heads.

Fabulous bag
Just the travel bag I was looking for! I added the shoulder strap so it can be a cross-shoulder or use the back pack straps. Lots of organizing options and dividers to keep things in place.
