This preworkout works fast everytime, and never makes me crash midday - It gives me the energy to push through an hour long workout no problem - even at 5am. I can't go back to any other workout anymore!!

Funny. I found this review request and I am currently drinking it getting ready to begin my workout. I drink it before every workout. It is incorporated in my fat loss muscle building phase I am currently in. I feel like it definitely supports body competition as well as provides the natural caffeine to push through the morning workout. Morning workouts before my 6 kiddos wake up helps me prepare for my day and I appreciate this supports me in my health goals. Plus drinking an amazing Blue Raspberry drink in the morning is quite a wonderful treat!

It took me a couple of day to realized how important for my body is to drink it as recommended!!! Yes 30minutes before workout. Flavor is the best , very happy with product!
