Motor went bad
Sent old unit in for repair. $65. I week later I received a completely new unit. Shocked and amazed. Excellent customer service. Way to make a loyal customer a priority.

Convenient and way cheaper
Used this label to sent a trade-in from NC to CA. Way cheaper than going to UPS. Print at home, drop off and done. Love Air Relax!
