I thought a lot about purchasing this upgrade and I'm glad I did. I've had a lot of experience with shoulder straps that slip and slide, making the bag uncomfortable to carry. This one works like a charm. Worth the extra money. Glad I bought it!

Well made uncomfortable
The shoulder strap upgrade is very well made and very comfortable especially when carrying heavier gear in the bag. I've worn it all day through conferences and it is been spectacular.
