Good probiotic

I’d recommend it! I can’t tell a huge difference in my gut compared to other probiotics I’ve taken, but it doesn’t cause nausea or gastrointestinal changes like some have in the past.

Solid probiotic

Perelel does it again. Clean ingredients, small easy to swallow pills, and I don't feel horrible after taking. Making it as easy as possible for me to get my gut health on track.
