Violet de Bordeaux Dwarf, Fig Tree

Awesome shipping and quality!

I have ordered plants by mail many times, but none have ever arrived in as beautiful a shape as the dwarf fig tree I just got delivered. It was packed to perfection, for one thing. For another, the grower shipped in a way that really made a difference. We live in a very rural area where delivery is often slow. Some small plants I ordered the same day from another source are still (per tracking) more than 1500 miles from us and will probably not be alive any more when they get here. But the little fig tree traveled like it had rockets on its little box. It got here quickly enough that it's in excellent condition! Just beautiful!! If we can keep this sweet little thing growing in our hot, dry climate (northern Great Plains), by bringing it in and out of the house in a pot and so on, we will definitely be ordering more. It's so wonderful to have this little fig tree arrive in such good shape.

Worried

Received it with some leaves with brown spots...kept it isolated from other plants. Watered, reported in peat,coir, perlite mixture. Had it in parial shaded area for two weeks. Moved it out in funnier area when new leaves grew but it has continued with brown spots and edges. Tried spraying with neon oil. It's just not a happy plant.

Arrived a bit rough

Cane in with wilting leaves and looking sad, been able to bring live back in her, but we shall see what happens, have gotten 6 other trees from everglades farm and all the others came in a lot happier, it must of just not liked the shipping process.
