The Concentrate

I’ve been using Branch Basics for several years now, and they have never left me disappointed. I feel so great knowing I am cleaning my house with natural products. Cannot recommend enough. My concentrate has lasted me FOREVER!!

I love their products! They are amazing. My only issue is the glass bottle handles keep breaking. I am not applying any abnormal pressure at all. I barely used the streak free one and its handle also broke in 2 uses. I would totally give branch basics 5 stars except this one thing really causes a disruption throughout a cleaning rhythm. I tried to reach out to customer service, but can’t seem to find a link or email on the website to address the issue. I will absolutely continue purchasing the concentrate and detergent, but as a returning costumer this would be greatly beneficial for users if it were reassessed and fixed. Thank you for what you’re doing! It’s great to have a safe and healthier alternative for all cleaning products. :)

The quality of this product is fantastic! So thankful to have found this brand and product! Knowing I’m cleaning with a product that is safe for my home, and family makes it well worth it! Would highly recommend this all purpose cleaner to anybody wanting to switch their toxic products out! Also super excited to try this cleaner on my floors!
