Complete Fermentation Kit for Vegetables

Easy peezy!

My cousin recently got me excited about fermented cabbage. He has been using Masontops for the last year and has a running line of fermenting veggies on his shelf. I ordered the kit, and Hubby and I had a great time making our very first jar ever. This was kind of new territory for me, but voila! We got it done on a Friday afternoon and are now one week in, waiting patiently to see how things come out. Soooo easy! Masontops comes with a book and everything you need (except the jars, which I ordered online separately), and a great recipe book that takes all the guesswork out of it. I can't wait to taste our cabbage! Cousin Bob's was DELICIOUS!

Great kit!

Great kit to get started with. It's not as easy as it looks, might be just me! I needed more pipes and went with cheaper ones to save a few bucks. Big mistake!!!!! Masontops is good quality and the only ones I'll buy from now on!

Courage to start

I truly appreciate the fermentation set you have made available to people thinking about that next step. I know fermentation has been around for centuries but with the loss of skills to modern convenience, it can be intimidating to start, for some, for me. Your set has provided the framework to get started. I have a lot to learn still. But this set gave me the courage to try. Thank you for that.
