Parlor Palm

Very healthy plant with lots of new growth arrived packaged extremely well .

I was more than satisfied with my baby’s.but I have a question about the ponytail palms. There are so many in the pot when can I separate them ? Also I bought a cheferlear and when I transplanted it to a bigger pot now the leafs are falling out what can I do?

Love this plant! Came very well packaged...no broken stems and fully beautiful! Will purchase from here again.
