80 pack of plugs and a ferro rod with striker appear very well designed. I will add more on i get a fire started this evening. 5 star potential once complete

I feel like the customer service was extremely lacking. My order was placed and was pending for 2 weeks. After multiple attempts to email and call, phone is disconnected, i send multiple FB messages and they finally responded. I ordered the round mental case, they were out of stock. I finally settled on the rectangular case. I feel like they should have reached out far sooner. I finally received the product, seems legit.
