Osetra Caviar

I am very surprised. My first time trying caviar. I now get the hype. Well packaged and I have received my order timely. I purchased the Osetra Caviar. I dont have any caviar to compare to. I just have a feeling that this caviar is of quality.

Product was not shipped overnight with a $30 shipping charge. I was traveling soon and after a few days of the courier waiting on product, I contacted customer service for a refund to be told that they are busy due to national caviar day, and that my order will ship as soon as they’re caught up. I was traveling and didnt’t want the caviar arriving when I was gone. My order shipped the next day after contacting them. The blinis i ordered was not included. At this point, it is what it is. I’ve been ordering from different businesses because my kids love Caviar. Sadly, first impression was not impressed.

Arrived spoiled b/c of shipping delay, but Caviar Co. was responsive and helpful to send replacement order.
