Alternative Lawn Blend

They didn’t sprout

I purchased a large package of these seeds to cover my small yard. I had killed the grass and spread a thin layer of sand as recommended. I watered daily and was surprised that it took 3 weeks before I saw any sprouts. Today I’m going to the store to see if I can get more to sow on the 50% where it’s still bare.

Mine hasn't flowered yet, but we've been having a lot of heat and not allowed to water (city restrictions). But the micro-clover sure is cute!

Bought bee clover mix and alternative lawn blend

Germinated very quickly. Thick ground cover spreading nicely. Now starting to flower. Amazing for how late in season we started.We are waiting for more flowers to blossom but very pleased. Started with a small section of lawn, but now expanding to cover one side of driveway.
