Natural Cork Chunks

Hello. We really enjoy your shop and my mom's African Gray has a great time w all of her toys and enrichment items. I order regularly for her every few months. However ~ this is the 3rd time that my mother has received packs of cork chunks that smelled terrible. The first time she didn't let me know for awhile and threw them out. The 2nd order that it happened with when we spoke about it ~ you stated that maybe she was leaving them unopened for too long and replaced them. This last order that I placed for her ~ she received them in May and I was on a two week vacation and she mentioned it at the time but it slipped my mind. The cork chunks were opened right away and once again smelled terrible and she ended up throwing them away again. She was fearful it wasn't safe for her bird Madison. We've been ordering from your shop for a few years and as I said ~ we love it and have had no other issues w any other items ever ~ but the cork chunks a few times now were not as they should be. I'm not certain why but we wanted you to be aware of it again and we will not be ordering any cork chunks in the future. Thank you and I hope this helps you figure out whatever may be going on w it.

My budgies can not get enough of these cork chunks! They are always fighting each other to be the first to nibble on them. Each cork chunk is different in size and shape, which is a plus and is easy for my budgies to forage. It is a must-have for any avian friend!

No matter the size or width of these cork chunks, they will instantly shrink in size once my budgies get their claws on them. This is another of my budgies' favorite natural toy parts to forage. they all go feral for it and will fight with each other just to chew on it!
