I’ve been taking this product consistently for over year and not notice any change in my physical body as far as slimmed down - just not sure there has been a positive effect that way. In terms of stress adapt perhaps notice some positive impact. Marginal though.

So far taking as directed for 90 days no weight loss or less inches.

Disappointed that after more than 90 days taking as directed no weight loss or less inches.
