I bought this with the explicit goal of modifying it into a permanent Nordic curl station. I’m 6’2 and 220 lbs so I wasn’t sure it would work since that’s a lot of leverage to put on it. Well, I’m happy to say with some larger lag bolts and careful measurement it works perfectly and still also works for crunches! I’ve been recommending the ab-amigo to everyone.

Love the an amigo. I did bend it closer to 90degrees, and I used a piece of scrap plywood to bring it out and down about an inch lower than the instructions.
I prefer to workout barefoot and this feels much better. I’ve used mat wrapped bar on my rack. I’m 6’2 280lbs it’s quite a bit of force to hold my feet down securely.
