Extremely Happy with Louise Carmen

I visited the store in Galerie Vivienne last week, 2 hours before leaving for the airport. I was really lucky because at the moment I entered there was no line and I was assisted immediately. The personnel was really kind and eager to assist me. I regret not asking their names to mention them in my review. I ended up with a beautiful customized pocket size notebook, perfect to carry around with me all day long. My experience was wonderful and most of all I felt really welcomed!

Habituée de la marque, c'était la première fois en boutique. Employés très aimables et qui se mettent en quatre. Seul bémol : tout le monde doit faire la même queue, parfois longue, même pour acheter une simple recharge...Peut être faudrait-il différencier pour permettre une prise en charge rapide pour un cet achat car la queue est dissuasive pour ces clients qui sont des fidèles...C'est dommage ! J'aimerais aussi des nouveautés dans les couleurs des portfolios, j'adorerais le retour de la couleur "misosa" ! Merci pour tout, j'ai été ravie !
