Great service. Submitted a warranty claim and within a week I had a response back that they were going to replace the lid and mailed that to me in no time at all. Back to using my Owala.

Exactly the colors we wanted. Fit and work great! It would have been a great bonus if the new kids came with new straws, but the lids are still exactly what we needed!

Grateful for lid

I purchase a replacement lid for my Owala cup because I’m having medical issues with my hands and have dropped my cup a 100 times and have quite a few dings, and chunks out of my lid. I needed to get a new lid when mine became uncomfortable to drink out of anymore and am very grateful Owala offers just a lid!!!! Owala customer for life
