Great Customer Service
The straw of our Owala freestyle would not stay connected to the lid. A quick email, photos and video to the customer service team and a new lid was headed our way. Now it works perfectly! Appreciate Owala standing by their quality assurance.

Straw
I thought it would come with a straw cleaner to clean it but looks like I’ll have to order one sperately. I also thought the straw would be stronger
