Loved it

I really was excited when I purchased this hat, I saw the advertisement for buy one get a mystery hat free so that’s what drove my purchase. Upon receiving the hat in the mail I honestly was excited to see which hat I had received as the mystery hat but when I opened the box it only contained the hat I purchased and no mystery hat. Was this hat not part of the promotion?
