White Chocolate Baking Chips

Didn't used to be a white-chocolate gal...

After falling in lust with the white chocolate truffles (also 5 stars), I decided to give the chips a try. I haven't baked with them yet, but taste-wise, they are SO GOOD and I will definitely be purchasing again. Mix them with the dark chocolate chips for a flavor explosion!

I love them but…

Since they are shipped from California to my home in South Carolina, they were obviously melted and cooled when the USPS kept them with the rest of my order for me to pick up at the post office which was a pain. The were a solid brick when I got them. There were only 2 ice packs in the box which were warm when I received my order. Unfortunately, I will no longer be placing any orders.

Wonderful White Chocolate Chips!

Great by the handful or mixed in home-made trail mix. They can be melted in poured into silicone molds. I do this at Halloween and make small little skull treats!
