A little bit of perfect in my cup

I'm not often head over heels about a cup of coffee. I have extremely high standards for what I expect to see as a perfect cup. I like a soft body and a chocolatey finish and a good medium roast – not too bitter, not too weak. This coffee seems to do it all. No matter if we press it, or do a pour over, it comes out tasting like magic. We throw a steam-foamed half-and-half on top of it, and pop a sprinkle of cinnamoned maple sugar over the top every day. Never gets old. Just an exceptional roast, worth every penny.

Perfect cup of coffee

We, my husband and I purchased a Ninja Luxe Cafe Pro coffee machine and decided to change the coffee bean products we have used in the past. We usually buy dark and bold beans, som old the coffee brands we purchased we found them bitter with an after taste. We had purchased coffee beans from Mystic Monks and really enjoy the coffees. The Cowboy Blend is a nice mixture: the dark roast mixed with medium roast gives us a very enjoyable cup of coffee. Highly recommend this blend and highly recommend trying all the coffees roasted by the Mystic Monks.

Goldilocks, it’s just right.

Hand ground beans brewed in a Revere Ware 6 cup stovetop pot. Served piping hot. Tastes like coffee. You can’t hardly make it harsh. Best Mug and a half every time.
