This device does not work I have received several since Christmas to replace the original one I ordered and each device does not work. Customer service tries to blame you for the device not powering on. How is it that I’ve received the same device multiple times and am having the same issue? Please refund me my money I am absolutely done and will be taking my money elsewhere.
