I am not very good but the gloves ARE GOOD

I have very bad form for a goalie and play an artificial turf. The gloves hold up really well under that kind of demand. I have been using West Coast gloves for many many years and will continue to use them for many more.

The fabric back may get mildew

If you live in a wet climate and there is a chance your kid may just toss their gloves in their bag and forget about them for a couple days these will get mildew spots on the back fabric. I learned that my kid should avoid the fabric ones. Still good gloves but not the favorite.

Love the Phantoms!

This is probably my fifth pair of gloves from the Phantom line. They are light weight and super durable (all gloves wear over time), I’ve had a couple pair last over a year. I love the fact that the finger saves are removable, I don’t normally wear them, but had to put a couple in due to injury, and I hardly notice them. This is my first pair of the Phantom AKALA, they seem a bit tighter fit than the others I’ve had but they’re still an absolutely amazing pair of gloves, I even got the matching jersey to go with them.
