Very Nice
Bought the dark green set for my son. It is so dark it is almost black, but it is very nice looking. He had soft sided Briggs and Riley and as nice as they are, he wanted something hard sided. I think something broke on one of his trips. So we tried July after doing on-line research. The one thing we couldn't tell was how firm the suitcase would be. I went to Macy's and Costco to look at their offerings, and I just didn't like the lightweight nature of their polycarbonate. It did not feel substantial. So we took a chance that the German-engineered polycarbonate would be more substantial. It is. To date he has traveled from CA to IL, PA, and WA. He is picky. And he loves the suitcases, as does his fiancee. Next month they are off to London, so that will be a good test. But so far so good. I would recommend them to anyone.

Team July is the best
I love my July luggage. I originally purchased because I was tired of my mixed match luggage and wanted to upgrade to something more “adult”. I shopped around a bit but ultimately decided on July because of their lifetime guarantee and because of the ability to personalize. It is as lightweight as advertised and when they say satisfaction guaranteed they mean it. Had some issues with my luggage set, and the team made it right immediately. Their customer service is A+++ so five stars for that alone.
