Re-Lyte® Pre-Workout Sample Pack (4 ct.)

I got this sample to try both the flavors and the effect of pre-workout on my training. Thankfully, both flavors are delicious! No weird texture issues either. I did feel a nice lift with the product, and there’s enough caffeine in one serving that I only needed half a serving to feel it. It did make me itchy, but I still enjoyed the product. Not sure the sample pack was enough to notice any adaptations from the BCAAs, though, so while I enjoyed the preworkout, I’ll stick to the caffeinated Relyte for energy.

I like the mango over the blueberry which is the opposite of what I thought I’d like so that’s why sample packs are a good thing. Product delivered as described and I’ll be ordering a tub soon.
