Stone Oven Bürli Bread

Sent the Brot Box as a get well gift to my daughter who lives in Colorado. In such high attitudes it's hard to find good breads. These were the first rolls baked (she added the sesame seeds). Needless to say, she said they were scrumptious! Her and her husband are hooked! Best breads they have had since their 2 month excursion across Europe!

Wonderful loaf of bread! It baked up beautifully, with a crispy outer crust and a soft, moist interior. Just delicious and every bit as good as fresh bakery bread bought warm out of the oven!

My absolute favorite of the Brot Box selections! I have one of these freshly baked and buttered each morning to get my day started. The crispy crust and soft, stretchy interior are exactly what I was looking for in bread, and it simply tastes delicious.
