Thank you for selling me an extra snapsleeve after mine got lost somewhere between Thailand-Malaysia and Nepal))

Practicality

I originally thought it a great idea with the detachable laptop sleeve but later found it comes off too easily. I lost the 1st one in an overhead bin only to find out way too late as I was jumping in the Uber to leave the airport Otherwise, the bag is great

Overall it is a great product. I like the fact that it is detachable. It easily fits my 14" laptop and cords. Wish it was just a little bit bigger so I can fit my headset. Otherwise outstanding product along with your carry-on
