Portable, Reliant and delight to type on

This is the first keyboard I've used that completely made me abandon the laptop keyboard! Now I miss it when I do not have it handy and have to use other keyboards.

Bad keyboard, battery exploded

Would not purchase again, was a preorder customer at the very beginning. My Air75 battery exploded after two years and keyboard PCB is broken. Disassembled and removed battery and most key strokes don't register - so its still not usable even with battery removed. Contacted support for any update and after long delays getting back to me they offered me the discount code that is available to anyone in order to upgrade to their new product hah. I would have to be a fool to give away my money like that again and support seems to think I am by offering me nothing in return for being long time early customer. I could not recommend Nuphy products to anyone after this experience, spend your money better elsewhere.

Batter is Swollen

After a little bit over a year, the batter on Nuphy Air75 has swollen. The problem is common, there is even an extended warranty for that, however, I wasn't offered replacement, only a 20% discount on another product. After a little bit of back and forth I was offered 50% on a new keyboard, but that's pretty much it. It's not possible to use it wired mode as well, probably something else was affected
