I experience so much sensory discomfort with my chest but this does a lot to mitigate it wothout it being too restrictive. I can wear it for longer periods and work out and still be relatively comfortable

Fit comfortably, a little nicer than sports bras but not exactly compression top territory? Still liked it but I'll be looking around for something else.
