It's cooler when I first go to bed, but I still get too hot during the night.

Couldn't tell a difference

While it's cool to the touch, I don't think it made any difference sleeping on it. The other thing I don't love about this cover is that it's slippery and the fitted pocket has so much extra fabric even tho my mattress is pretty tall

Find the material is very smooth/shiny and my sheets move around/slide constantly
