Great Design
The first thing I want to say is that I love the hybrid design. It was a pleasant surprise as I hadn't yet seen other knotted toys like it. Mine was a small/soft which is perfect, but might try another size or firmness at a later point.
Customer service was great too. I had questions about the colors and got a reply quickly. They turned out perfectly!

High quality!
I love the designs and feel of what I got; colors look amazing too! They had a lot of customizations as well to really get what I wanted out of it, definitely my new go to! High quality products, came with a nice storage bag too for them which I wasn’t expecting but definitely appreciated!
