EcoFlow Smart Generator Adapter

Works. Needed it for my 800W inverter for my van, should have either came with the inverter or with the eco flow delta pro.

EcoFlow – Great Products, Terrible Support Just wanted to share my recent experience with EcoFlow so others are aware. In October, I got a recall notice from Costco about my battery (fire risk). EcoFlow support said it just needed a firmware update, but after an hour on the phone and several follow-ups, it never worked. They promised to send a shipping label to fix it, but that never happened. I finally gave up and returned the bundle to Costco for a refund. Since I still had the extra battery.The rep told me the Delta 3 Max would work fine and even upsold me an alternator. I ordered it — but when it arrived, it wasn’t compatible at all. Turns out I actually needed the Delta 3 Max Plus and a $69 adapter. After days of back-and-forth, EcoFlow admitted their mistake but wouldn’t do a straight exchange. They refunded me $687 even though I was told they’d cover everything. I ended up just buying the correct model myself — no discount. Curt
