Bits arrived unusable, customer service was half hearted
No QC apparently. One of the bits arrived with the bottom half missing, just a sharp edge from being cut, and another with an extra chunk of metal sticking out the top of the 2mm hex, preventing it from being usable.
Customer service could really do with taking the time to actually read emails. They said they would replace the two bits - first they sent two of the 4mm precision bits, then sent me a set of imperial hex bits instead of the metric ones. All in all it took 6 weeks for them to send me what I ordered.

Package came in a reasonable timeframe. Super excited to get to use my new Imperial Hex Set. Going to put them in one of my new bit cases!
