A warm brown almost like sesame oil

I love this ink. I received a sample from a friend but decided I needed a full bottle. If has a gorgeous shading. It ranges between moody darker areas and lighter tan. If reminds me of sesame oil and English milk tea from different brands.

Shy gold

This hue of yellow reminds me of the first bit of morning light. Once the sun rises and washes over the land, it's that hint of gold before the sun climbs into the afternoon sky.

More Grey Than Orange--A lovely Woody Brown

I'll be honest, a pale yellow-brown was not what I expected to enjoy writing with, but here we are! This ink is a lovely soft woodsy brown that resembles the bark of a Sycamore than that of an oyster (at least in my personal experience.) The color is less orange than in the display images and has a soft grey/blue tint to it. It does have a bit of a "fleshy" tone, but really is just a light golden brown. It writes very smooth, is a tad bit on the wet side, has no sheening or shimmering and wrote very well over a long period of writing. It is a bit light on the eyes, so certainly not an everyday ink.
