I'm a huge fan of De Lat Spice. I started using it a couple of years ago and just bought this large jar. It's so complex and adds so much, especially to any kind of melon or fruit salad; also great on ice cream; and I've now used it to spice up elk meatballs (using Curio's meatball recipe). A really special spice blend.
