Saalt Disc

I am excited to get started using this menstrual disc. This menstrual disc is great as an alternative for swimming instead of using tampons. This disc is safer to use and is natural. I love the packaging and the colors. It is great that you include a bag.

I love this, I’ve tried a cup before and disliked it so much I went back to tampons for over a year before trying this disc. I’ll never go back. My periods are heavy and uncomfortable, this lightens the load of counting the hours and the products I’ll need to bring, the alarms throughout the night to wake up and change a tampon and pad, and overall doesn’t need to be messed with as much!

I like this disc, its soft enough to be comfortable, and this size is great for me. I'm not a fan of the spot you're supposed to pull on, as it slides sideways and then you have to turn it to get at it, I wish there was no divot , but just a regular full circle option. It will not stop me from using the disc though, its comfortable and changes the game in terms of comfort when you have a period. I love the auto dumping, it never did that unless I was actively peeing on the toilet, so it works.
