Hi, I contacted customer service on 6/3/25 with an issue about my order. We had holes punched in our custom design and I would have liked a call or email about my request for a refund or replacement orders. I work at an elementary school and this design was to honor a legacy mural before students left for the summer. Unfortunately, we had to give them shirts with holes because I didn't hear back from you in a timely manner. I usually have a great experience with this company but this was a bit of a let down. My goal was to gift a decent shirt to the students what helped created the design. Please contact me!!!
