I never got the magazine. It’s been a year and I even contacted them and still nothing.

Magazine was great their customer service was terrible. Didn't get it when it said I would even after paying express shipping. Emailed them multiple times requesting to cancel this order and they wouldn't respond, didn't cancel, and I'll be charged more to return the item.

I ordered the magazine more than 1 month ago, it still hasn't arrived. No answer from them after sending multiple emails. I have no idea where my package is and there is no way to get a refund.
Just bad service.
