BREAKFAST ORANGE

Multiple issues with this order, the product is actually very good. But due to the fact that their team is based overseas, even for the US website; i had my order cut in half due to the timezone differences & a flavor being out of stock(again, mind you, i have ordered frim them 2 seperate occasions, & both had issues with products being out of stock or unavailable). When approaching CUSTOMER CARE looking for s resolution; i found their department lacking in communications skill, & was left on read for a whole day at one point out of no where, leaving me to believe i was not going to see options to be made whole. In the end, i was offered options, only after they re-entered the chat the following day, out of nowhere. I had already placed a order fir a competetors product… i drive truck overnights, i need to know my supply of energy drinks is stable. Sneak Companies order fullfillment, & customer care is not by any degree stable. Unfortunate, as the product is actually very good.

Breakfast orange is by far the best flavor I've tried so far, been buying sneak 40 oz tubs monthly for about 4 years, only had a couple hiccups in shipping errors, but other than that a great product.

Breakfast orange is now one of my favorite flavors.
