The shipping process is awful. HerFantasyBox shipped my order through GoFo but send me the tracking website for a site called “Instabox”, which my I add is not even in enjglish nor does it have an English option. I ordered on May 26th, My package was delivered to my complex on May 30th. I reached out to HerFantasyBox June 3rd asking when my package would arrive. They sent me the correct shipping information and that’s when I discovered my package had already been delivered. I went to the exact spot it was delivered to and it was no longer there. HerFantasyBox , Irma (via phone) and Ken( via email) informed me that there was nothing they could do. I was to file a claim with GoFo. GOFO does not even let you speak with a representative. It just an automated voice when you call the entire time, then they just send a generic response that the package was delivered successfully and they could do nothing more. So needless to say I never received an order, a refund , a call from anyone to apologize or anything. So I just ordered from another company and I am loving their products. I will not order from HerFantasyBox just because of that experience and their shipping process. Or just the fact that THEY ( HerFantasyBox) sent the WRONG TRACKING WEBSITE!

This product does work. For someone who is cheap because product never lives up to its name i bought tried then bought more. However i dont drink enough water. But im working on that dnt judge me..lol
