Upcircle Refill - Home Compostable Refill

Excellent service

I ordered a refill pouch knowing in advance there would be a delay in it being sent out but when the compsny were unable to honour the promised dispatch date they made the offer of sending my pot back and the paid for the return postage. They returned it super fast, the pot was filled to the brim and they offered a discount code as an apology on a future order. To me, that is going above and beyond to correct an issue and they've got my loyalty now because of their conscientiousness. Thank you

UpCircle compostable refills

I am so happy that Plastic Freedom is providing UpCircle refills. I was devastated when UpCircle stopped offering their excellent refill service. My only issue with the compostable pouches is that it is very difficult to get all of the product out of the pouch and into the jar. I did not want to waste any of the product, but it was very tricky to decant; I got out as much as I could, but I fear some of it was wasted.

Can order multiple refills of the same product on same pouch!

I had accumulated a few containers from upcircle and decided to order multiple refills which were sent on the same pouch (up to 400 mL). This was very efficient as used less plastic and I also think there is less loss of product in the pouch - plus I did open the pouch and used every bit of product left in it! ;) I am glad to have found a way to get refills for upcircle and will keep ordering these! Thank you
