Mugwort Refill Insert

Mugwort is the perfect any occasion lip color for True Winters. Got a few delays with my order but the owners were helpful and it arrived safely.

This lipstick is so pretty! It’s very pigmented, goes on smoothly and stays put. One of the reviews says it’s drying, but I’m not experiencing that. Mugwort is just gorgeous and nicely formulated.

The chalkiest, most drying lipstick I have ever used.
